July Bilt Rent Day Offers
Bilt revealed today the details for its upcoming Rent Day on July 1, 2024. For this month’s Rent Day, Bilt is giving members a transfer bonus of up to 100% and a status match for Alaska Airlines. Plus you get the regular promotions that we see every month, which include free points, double earning and more. Let’s jump into the details.
Transfer Bonus to Alaska Airlines
On July 1, receive a bonus on Bilt points transferred to Alaska Airlines Mileage Plan with your bonus percentage based on your Bilt Elite Status as of July 1, 2024:

As a oneworld® Alliance member, Alaska Airlines Mileage Plan miles can be used with oneworld® airline members serving more than 1,000 destinations around the world.
Keep in mind that your bonus will be based on your status as of 7/1, and Bilt Status updates are reflected up to 96 hours after any earn action.
The transfer bonus is live July 1st from Midnight ET until July 2nd, 2:59 AM ET. Transfer bonuses will be given on the first 50,000 Bilt Points transferred for each Bilt member. Cumulative transfers of more than 50,000 Bilt points to Alaska Airlines miles during the transfer window will not be bonused and will be processed as 1:1 transfers to Alaska Airlines miles.
Status Match to Alaska Airlines
From June 25th to July 1st, Bilt Platinum Members will be able to activate Alaska MVP Gold Status and Bilt Gold Members will be able to activate Alaska MVP Status, both with the transfer of 10,000 Bilt points to Alaska.
Alaska Mileage Plan status will be good through December 31, 2024. To activate this offer, you must transfer 10,000 Bilt points to Alaska Airlines Mileage Plan from the dedicated elite status pages.
Based on the terms of the offer, these 10,000 Bilt points you transfer in order to activate status are not eligible for the Alaska Airlines Transfer Bonus offer and will not be counted towards the 50,000 point bonus limit.
Bilt Neighborhood Dining Series
Bilt has launched a new Neighborhood Dining Series, with select all-inclusive reservations at top Bilt Neighborhood Dining restaurants. Each reservation will feature a curated tasting menu with dishes from renowned chefs and a selection of premium cocktails for Bilt Member exclusive pricing.
The Neighborhood Dining Series will be available in the following cities: NYC, Chicago, Miami, Los Angeles, Brooklyn, Boston, Philadelphia, Dallas, Austin, Houston, and Washington DC.
Book a seat for yourself and your guests starting at $75 or 6,000 Bilt points per person. Available on June 27th in the Bilt app at 12:00 ET for Platinum Members, 12:10 ET for Gold Members, 12:20 for Silver Members, and 12:30 for Blue Members.
Rent Free™ Game Show
Rent Free™ is the game show where your favorite personalities play to help you win free rent.
For this game, Bilt has asked 1,000 Bilt Members some questions, and you can play by submitting guesses to one of these questions. If you can correctly guess three of the most popular answers, you’ll automatically be entered for the chance to get your February rent paid. Rent Free™ is available to play beginning May 28.

Double Points
Take advantage of Rent Day with double points earnings. Members with the Bilt Mastercard will earn accelerated points across non-rent spend, including:
- DINING: 6x points (regularly 3x points)
- TRAVEL: 4x points (regularly 2x points)
- OTHER SPEND excluding rent: 2x points (regularly 1x points)
Cardholders will receive double earnings, up to 10,000 bonus points, from 12:00am ET on July 1 through 11:59pm PT on July 1. Cardholders will continue to earn 1x points on their rent payments when paying with the Bilt Mastercard. Don’t forget, cardholders must use their card 5 times each statement period to earn points.
Point Quest Trivia
Earn extra Bilt Points by answering trivia quations on the game show, Point Quest®, available in the Bilt app only on July 1st. Answer five questions, and win up to 150 Bilt Points. Answer all five questions correctly and you’ll get access to a bonus question for another 100 Bilt Points to win a total of 250 Bilt Points.
