June Bilt Rent Day Offers
Bilt has revealed all the June 1st Rent Day benefits, with some of them already live now. There’s a great Accor transfer bonus and the usual monthly offers. Let’s jump into the details.
Accor Transfer Bonus
This Rent Day, Bilt is offering a transfer bonus for Accor Live Limitless (ALL). The bonus will vary between 50% and 200% based on your Bilt status. The normal transfer rate is 3:2 so with this bonus you can transfer at an effective ratio of up to 1:2. That can give you a value of 4.55 cents per point on Accor stays (1,000 Accor points are worth 20€).
The transfer bonus promotion is active from June 1st, 2025 at 12:00am ET until June 1st 2025, 11:59pm PT in the Bilt Rewards app or website.

Bilt points can be converted in increments of 1,000. Bilt Blue Members must transfer a minimum of 2,000 points. Terms apply.
Lyft Bonus
Members can enjoy up to a100% bonus when they use their Bilt points for Lyft rides. Blue and Silver members get a 50% bonus, while Gold and Platinum members receive a 100% bonus. With the maximum bonus, you will receive a value of 1.4 cents per point, which is decent.
This offer is available starting today through 11:59pm PT on June 1st.
Rent Free™ Game Show
Rent Free™ is the game show where your favorite personalities play to help you win free rent.
For this game, Bilt has asked 1,000 Bilt Members some questions, and you can play by submitting guesses to one of these questions. If you can correctly guess three of the most popular answers, you’ll automatically be entered for the chance to get your August rent paid, or you might win 1,000 or 100 points. Rent Free™ is available to play beginning May 27.

Double Points
Take advantage of Rent Day with double points earnings. Members with the Bilt Mastercard will earn accelerated points across non-rent spend, including:
- DINING: 6x points (regularly 3x points)
- TRAVEL: 4x points (regularly 2x points)
- OTHER SPEND excluding rent: 2x points (regularly 1x points)
Bilt Cardholders will receive double earnings, up to 1,000 bonus points, from 12:00am ET on June 1st through 11:59pm PT on June 1st. Cardholders will continue to earn 1x points on their rent payments when paying with the Bilt Mastercard®.
