Marriott Bonvoy has two promotions going on that can earn you extra points for stays and dining out. Let’s take a look at these offers.
Stay Twice to Earn 2,000 Bonus Points + More
Stay twice to earn 2,000 bonus points. Register by December 31, 2019.
Two to three days after your second qualifying stay has been posted, you’ll automatically unlock an additional offer with Unlock More. Your additional offer will appear in your online member account and you’ll receive an email with offer details.
Choose from more than 7,000 participating hotels and resorts worldwide between October 29, 2019, and January 14, 2020. Use your bonus points for free nights, flights, exclusive experiences and so much more.
Marriott Bonvoy ‘Eat Around Town’
Marriott Bonvoy has launched Eat Around Town by Marriott Bonvoy, a delicious new way to earn points when dining in the United States.
Marriott Bonvoy members who have enrolled in the program will earn points faster both when they dine at participating Eat Around Town restaurants while traveling and in their daily lives. Beginning today through November 11, 2019, Marriott Bonvoy members will receive eight points for every dollar spent at participating restaurants as part of an introductory offer. Thereafter, Marriott Bonvoy Elite members will earn six points per dollar spent, and members four points per dollar spent. Read press release here.
Conclusion
Worth registering if you think you might take advantage of these points earning opportunities. The bonus offer for two stays will also get you another offer once completed. Not sure what that will be.
As for the restaurant option, there might be a limited selection depending on where you live. But earning 8x for the next month or so could be useful. After that the rate goes down to 6x or 4x.
