12 Membership Rewards Transfer Bonuses
The American Express Membership Rewards program has launched today one of the largest transfer bonus promotions that I remember. Right now they are offering a total of 12 bonuses for transferring points which makes it a good time to take a look at your options and see if any of them make sense for you.
There are 10 airline partners, and two hotel partners, which are part of this latest promotion. Bonuses vary from 15% to 30%. Normally airlines will get you the best value for your Membership Rewards points, but even hotel partners can make sense, if you just need some more points towards a redemption.
So let’s see the full list of bonuses that you can find in your accounts.
List of Current Transfer Bonus Offers
Remember that some of these offers could be targeted and the amounts can vary from person to person. But it seems that most people will have these same 12 transfer bonuses.

Divide the second ratio number by the first and multiply by usual point value to get the value of the transfer. Example for Hilton: points usually valued at $0.004 each. Divide 2600/1000 to get 2.6. Multiply .004×2.6=0.01. You get $0.01 value of each MR point transferred.
Ok, then. Without that additional info the 20% ratio shown made no sense to me since it showed a ratio of 1,000:1,920. I’ll just leave it at it could have been clearer. Thanks for the info, might hit a couple of these deals.
“AeroMexico: 20% (1,000:1,920)”
I do not understand this math.
Amex normally transfers 1:1.6 to AeroMexico, so 20% bonus on 1.6 is 1.92
