Conclusion
Past hotel Amex Offers have worked on gift cards if you purchase them at the front desk, however there is no guarantee that will work with this offer. As noted above, gift cards are technically excluded from the terms. There’s also a different MGM Amex Offer that we posted yesterday.

It has worked on other Offers in the past. So I think it’s fairly safe to assume it will work again this time.
I have 2 MGM Resorts offers on the same card (AMEX Blue for Business). One offer is for 7500 Membership Awards when I spend $500. The other offer is for $50 back when I spend $250 or more. Both include the MGM resorts in Las Vegas listed above. If I spend $500, will I get both offers that are added to the same card.
