- Southwest points are often worth 1.4 cents each towards airfare. This increased offer is like getting an extra $140 in value.
- Points earned from these offers DO COUNT towards the Southwest Companion Pass.
- These cards are known to be subject to Chase’s 5/24 rule.
Eligibility
These products are not available to either:
- (i) current Cardmembers of any Southwest Rapids Rewards® Credit Card, or

Details About the 30% Discount Code
The 30% off promo code is actually quite useful, and it can be of great value for big families. The 30% promo code discount is on base fare applied before taxes and fees. But it works on award fares as well.
It can be used for one-way or round trip Wanna Get Away, Wanna Get Away Plus, Anytime, and Business Select fares booked on Southwest.com by 10/31/2024. Just like any Southwest promo code, you can use it for up to 8 people in a reservation.
Conclusion
The points portion of the bonus is decent, but we have seen better in the past. But you also get the 30% discount code, which can be quite valuable if maximized. You have almost a year and a half to use it, and it works for up to 8 people on the same reservation for both paid and award fares on all fare classes.
