Hilton Grand Vacations Offer For NYC, Chicago, DC, Orlando & Vegas

We have written about timeshare offers a lot lately, and Mark even took a trip to Orlando to do a Hilton Grand Vacations (HGV) offer.  Now there is a new offer that includes more destinations than usual. And remember that you can always do better! So let’s take a look at the new Hilton Grand Vacations offer.

New Hilton Grand Vacations Offer

Details of the Offer

The offer is for several cities. You can get the following deals:

  • Washington DC – 3 Days/2 Nights + 25,000 Hilton points for $199
  • Las Vegas – 5 Days/4 Nights + 25,000 Hilton points for $249
  • Orlando – 5 Days/4 Nights + 25,000 Hilton points for $249
  • Chicago – 4 Days/3 Nights + 25,000 Hilton points for $299
  • New York City – 4 Days/3 Nights + 25,000 Hilton points for $399

They will usually give you a selection of Hilton hotels in the area to stay at.  If it is during a less busy time you may be able to get some of the better options.

Terms of the Offer

Here are the terms of the offer:

  • You must attend a two hour timeshare sales presentation in order to participate in this promotion.
  • Our special preview packages are only available to persons whose combined gross annual income meet certain requirements and who reside in a state where our projects are registered for sale.
  • You may not participate in this promotion if you have an open, incomplete package requiring attendance at a sales presentation, or have participated in a sponsor promotion requiring attendance at a sales presentation: (i) within the last year at the property or properties promoted in this offer, or (ii) within the last six (6) months at any other properties.
  • If married or living together, couples must attend sales presentation together; individuals may purchase separately.
  • Offer Expires February 24, 2020.

How You Can Do Better

It looks like you can book everything online but I encourage you to call the phone number instead.  You will then get an agent that can make adjustments to the offer.  Here are some things to ask for:

  • Say you would like the package reduced to $149 from $199 if you book it early.  You could ask to go lower since all they can say is no.  But I know for sure they will drop to $149.
  • Also say that the offer was recently for 50,000 points and you would like that many instead of 25,000.  They will most likely match it.

Even if you have recently booked one of these with a lesser bonus it is not too late.  You can call back even after you booked everything and have them match this 25K offer.

Final Thoughts

If you have upcoming travel to any of these locations in the next year then jump all over this.  You can get a greatly reduced vacation and even earn points on the stay!  This is great way to make your points last longer and another way to travel more for less. With this latest offer you also have more options than usual with some popular destinations such as NYC, Washington DC, Vegas and more.

But be sure to call in and ask for even a better deal.  Never settle for what they offer at first!

  1. FYI…i just called to ask about what other hotels were available in Wash. DC. since they all say “Depending on availability your reservationist may also offer other Hilton portfolio properties for your travel dates.” Once they verified my residence (via zip code), they said that Wash DC wasn’t available/sold out. I said that I’m looking at their website and can go to the purchase offer page to process it (with a credit card). The agent went to talk to his supervisor and came back with an explanation something like this: they actually can’t sell it between the state of California or the city of San Francisco-and Washington DC due to some legal regulations in place; some real estate law they say prevents this type of transaction between these two locations.

I had never heard of that before so have no idea what he was referring to. When I asked about the live offer page that could take my CC to process the purchase, he said once it’s reviewed I would get some sort of rejection/cancellation. In other words, it wouldn’t go through. Disappointing since I would def. make a plan to go there vs. the other places. So heads up…not sure if other cities/states will encounter this type of push-back.

  2. Do you know for stays at regular Hilton Hotels where they are offering the accommodations, are Diamond benefits extended like upgrade rooms, breakfast in the restaurant or executive lounge? My past time share stays have been in HGV properties (in Vegas) where they didn’t have that available, but if one stays in a Hilton in Chicago, New York, etc. that has them, will you get/have access? thanks.

  3. Thanks for sharing. In the Midwest, their are limited opportunities like this. Tied to my small business, so it’s hard to get away. But Chicago is close enough to make things happen. Big Hilton fan — always been treated very well by them.

  4. I’d love to pair one of these with a hotel to use my $250 Amex credit at but the New York / DC area has nothing. Feels like a lost opportunity.
