Southwest Credit Cards 85K Bonus

New Southwest Credit Cards Bonus

Chase and Southwest have launched new limited-time offers for all three personal credit cards. You can now earn 85,000 miles with each Southwest card. These are not the highest ever offers, but they only require $3,000 in spending. Let’s see the details.

Chase Southwest Priority Card Offer

  • Earn 85,000 points after you spend $3,000 in the first 3 months from account opening.
  • $299 Annual Fee (not waived)
  • Offer ends 12/15/2025.
  • DIRECT LINK TO OFFER

Chase Southwest Premier Card Offer

  • Earn 85,000 points after you spend $3,000 in the first 3 months from account opening.
  • $149 Annual Fee (not waived)
  • Offer ends 12/15/2025.
  • DIRECT LINK TO OFFER

Chase Southwest Plus Card Offer

  • Earn 85,000 points after you spend $3,000 in the first 3 months from account opening.
  • $99 Annual Fee (not waived)
  • Offer ends 12/15/2025.
  • DIRECT LINK TO OFFER

Need to Know

Here are some facts about the cards you should know:

  • Southwest points are often worth between 1.1 and 1.4 cents each towards airfare.
  • Points earned from these offers DO COUNT towards the Southwest Companion Pass.
  • These cards are known to be subject to Chase’s 5/24 rule.

Eligibility

These products are not available to either:

  • (i) current Cardmembers of any Southwest Rapids Rewards® Credit Card, or
  • (ii) previous Cardmembers of any Southwest Rapid Rewards Credit Card who received a new Cardmember bonus within the last 24 months. This does not apply to Cardmembers of the Southwest Rapid Rewards Business Card and Employee Credit Card products.

Conclusion

These are good offers on all three cards especially for those who prefer lower spending requirements. This is also good timing if you are aiming to earn the Southwest Companion Pass. However, just this offer on its own will not get you there.

As a cardholder you also get 10,000 qualifying points towards the new increased requirement of 135,000 points. You will also get at least 88,000 points form the welcome bonus. That leaves you about 37,000 miles short that you need to earn.
