New Welcome Bonuses for Consumer IHG Cards

Starting today, Chase IHG One Rewards Premier and Traveler Credit Cards are offering improved welcome bonuses to new cardmembers. These limited time offers come with up to 140,000 points and up to $100 in statement credits for IHG purchases. Let’s see the details and howe they compare to previous offers.

Chase IHG One Rewards Premier Credit Card

  • Earn 140,000 bonus points after spending $3,000 on purchases within 3 months of account opening.
  • Plus, earn up to $100 in Statement Credits on purchases made at IHG during the first 12 months from account opening.
  • Annual Fee: $99 (not waived the first year)

Conclusion

These new offers come with a statement credit of up to $100 for IHG purchases. However, the points bonus is not the highest we have seen for either card.

In the past the IHG Premier card has offered a 175,000 points bonus, and IHG Traveler card has offered a 120,000 points bonus.
