Fuel Savings
MAXIMUM GAS REWARD AT PARTICIPATING SUNOCO STATIONS IS 20¢ PER GALLON OF SUNOCO BRANDED FUEL AND $1 PER GALLON AT SAFEWAY, CARRS/SAFEWAY, TOM THUMB, RANDALLS, VONS, AND ALBERTSONS GAS STATIONS.
Points are earned based on whole dollars spent on eligible purchases (for example, spend $5.25 and earn 5 points). Points are redeemed in increments of 100: 100 points = 10¢ per gallon Gas Reward, 200 points = 20¢ per gallon Gas Reward, 500 points = 50¢ per gallon Gas Reward, 1000 points = $1 per gallon Gas Reward. Point totals less than 100 expire at the end of the calendar month in which they were earned. Gas Rewards earned during each month can be used through the end of the following calendar month (for example, Gas Rewards earned in January expire at the end of February). Savings are limited to 25 gallons for one vehicle per transaction and/or transaction dollar limits on your payment card set by your financial institution. Gas Rewards eligibility must be established before pumping fuel to be able to redeem Gas Rewards in that transaction.
Conclusion
Today is the last day to take advantage if this offer. The same offer should be available at Albertsons, Vons and other affiliated stores. Savings are limited to 25 gallons so you can save as much as 25% on eligible gift cards, if you can manage to pump that much gas in one fill up. It doesn’t make sense to use these points at Sunoco gas stations.
