Analysis
Load the coupon to your Rewards account before purchasing the gift cards, preferably a few hours before using it. The discount will be applied automatically but you need to have at least $10 in groceries along with your gift card purchase.
Fixed denomination gift cards will trigger the offer, while variable load cards will be more YMMV, although they’ve usually worked in the past.
Don’t forget to use a credit card that gives you the most points at groceries stores such as Blue Cash Preferred, Old Blue Cash.
