Transfer from Chase to Aeroplan with 20% Bonus

Chase just launched a new promotion today giving cardmembers the opportunity to earn a 20% bonus transferring Ultimate Rewards points to Air Canada Aeroplan. Chase first added Aeroplan as a transfer partner back in 2021.

This offer is valid for transfer through July 31, 2023. It gets even better for Chase Aeroplan cardholders who can stack it with an existing 10% bonus when transferring at least 50,000 points. Let’s take a look at the details.

The Offer

Starting today , June 15, Sapphire Preferred, Sapphire Reserve, Ink Plus, Ink Business Preferred, Chase Corporate Flex, and JPMorgan Reserve customers can receive a 20% points bonus when transferring Chase Ultimate Rewards points to Aeroplan Air Canada through July 31, 2023.

This exciting new offer is stackable with the existing 10% bonus for Chase Aeroplan cardmembers when they transfer 50,000 or more Ultimate Rewards points in a single transaction from an eligible Chase credit card to Aeroplan by December 31, 2023. Maximum of 25,000 bonus points per calendar year.

This means Chase Aeroplan cardmembers get 30% bonus points when converting at least 50K Chase Ultimate Rewards points during this promotion, totaling 65,000 points.

Conclusion

Air Canada’s Aeroplan program provides access to more than 45 airline partners and 1,300 global destinations. Economy flights within North America starts at just 6,000 Aeroplan points. With 65,000 points you can go from San Francisco to London, or NYC to Buenos Aires. Plus stopovers on international trips cost just 5,000 points.

  1. I just checked my Chase Saph account. I do have the Chase Air Canada card also. In my Chase account it is only showing 20% transfer bonus because I have the Chase Air Canada card, is what mine says. I don’t see anything about an extra 10%. Am I missing something?

  2. One thing should be clarified in the article that the bonus offer is not showing up on the Chase transfers homepage but it shows up on final page right before you click submit to complete the points transfer. Not sure if this is happening for everyone but this seems to be the case for a number of people.
