Two Free Checked Bags with Spirit Airlines Card
Spirit Airlines has announced a new benefits for those who have or plan to apply for the Free Spirit Travel More Mastercard, which is issued by Bank of America.
Primary cardholders can now take advantage of up to two free checked bags on every Spirit trip booked with their eligible card. This can be a valuable perk for those who occasionally pay for bags on Spirit flights.
In order to get your two free checked bags, primary cardholders must book on spirit.com or the Spirit mobile app. Primary cardholders are eligible to receive up to two free checked bags, up to 50 pounds each, and can use the benefit. However, this benefits doesn’t extend to other people on the same reservation.
If you already have Spirit flights booked, then the new benefit will not be applied retroactively and no refunds will be issued.
Spirit cardholders also get some other perks such as Priority Check-In and Boarding, space-available upgrades to Premium Economy and Spirit First, and 25% off inflight food and drink purchases.
