Venmo $25 Crypto Offer: Buy $25 Worth Get $25 Free!

I received an email about an easy win with a new Venmo $25 crypto offer.  This is essentially free money to launch Venmo’s newer crypto options. It is a targeted email offer and has a 10,000 person limit so check your emails for it and do it ASAP.  Email subject line is: Earn $25, just for buying crypto on Venmo.

Update 10/15/21: The money was sent out. It hit my Venmo account this afternoon. I was able to cash out my BTC at $35 too so a nice little win there.

Let’s take a look at the offer.

Venmo $25 Crypto Offer Details

Venmo wants to help jumpstart your crypto journey:

  • Purchase $25 in crypto by September 30th, 2021
  • We’ll drop $25 into your Venmo account by October 15th, 2021.
  • The $25 USD purchase of crypto must be for a single type of coin in a single transaction made with Venmo by 9/30.

Offer Link – Targeted

Open only to individuals who:

  • Are residents of any one (1) of the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia,
  • Are eighteen (18) years of age or older,
  • Have a  U.S. Venmo account (“Valid Account”) that remains in good standing from the time of participation through Reward distribution (defined below), and
  • Receive an email or view a banner from Venmo inviting participation in the offer (“Invitation”) (eligibility for/those who receive the Rewards will be determined solely by Venmo) (“Eligible Participant”).

Final Thoughts

I already made my purchase.  There was a 50 cents or so fee attached.  I’ll set a reminder on my calendar for October 15th to see if the $25 hit my account like it should.  I’ll then sell the crypto and pocket the profit.  Perfect small win that takes seconds for my travel hacking my way to college series.

Let me know if you got the email too.

  1. I got the email earlier today as well and just bought $25 of Bitcoin. I’ll keep an eye out for the refund from Venmo and I might hold just to track it since I don’t have any crypto and Bitcoin is down right now relative to the past few months.
