Wyndham Rewards Status Match Opportunity
Wyndham is running a promotion where it will match your elite status from other hotel loyalty programs to their GOLD, PLATINUM, or DIAMOND status. Elite status includes perks like late checkout, early check-in and preferred room choice amongst other things. Status match offers are the gifts that keep on giving because they open up opportunities for matches from other rewards programs. Here’s an example where one elite status enabled me to get elite status in three different programs and a bunch of freebies:Â Turn Total Rewards Status into 10 Free Nights and $700 in Free Play (M Life Members Can Cash in Too)

[…] Wyndham’s New Status Match Opportunity Can Be Parlayed into Several Elite Programs […]
Total Rewards – renamed Caesars Rewards effective 2/1/2019 – has sweetened their perqs. One example: they’ve added an annual, complimentary 2 night stay in Dubai, for Diamond and Seven Seas members! The program “year” runs February 1-January 31, so those interested in joining the Total Rewards / Caesars Rewards should register at https://www.caesars.com/program/?programname=TRReferralPromo&data=19604464917 before January 31, to avail themselves of this year’s perqs and promotions.
I submitted this request to Wyndham in October and still am waiting on their team to respond.
Great info! Is the Total Rewards status match only good for 90 days, or is it good for 12 months?
You need to update this page, I was in atlantic city on oct 13th,2018 and went to ocean resort casino with my rock star gold card and my caesars diamond card and the girl at the desk said they were NOT doing status match at this time.
It doesn’t say you can match to Ocean, so not sure what needs to be updated. Thanks
Do you have any idea how long a status match takes to process? I received an email from Wyndham Wednesday and it said they’d get back to me within 24-48 hours and I haven’t heard anything.
I filled out the form and got the same email saying they would get back to me. About 3 hours later I got an email from Wyndham thanking me for updating my profile. After getting that email I logged into my Wyndham Rewards account and saw my status was already updated to Diamond. So it only took them 2-3 hours to process my upgrade.
You might want to go into your Wyndham Rewards account to see if it’s already changed. If not I would either submit the form again or email their support desk.
Why doesn’t your article include the URL for the actual Wyndham status match page? That URL is https://www.wyndhamhotels.com/wyndham-rewards/status-match
Added it in – thanks Thomas
If I have a LV trip in Dec ’18 but would like to take advantage of the Atlantis offer sometime in ’19, when would be the ideal time to apply for status match from Hilton Gold?
You can do the match now bc it’s good for 90 days and then Match to TR after the qualification date, I think it’s end of January. I’ll correct it if I’m wrong on the date
Are resort fees waived for TR platinums as well?
@Klanfa,
Only TR Diamond.
Thanks! What about the complimentary stay at the Atlantis?
Who pays resort fees there?
there are several different variations… here’s the page with the details. https://www.caesars.com/total-rewards/tr-partners/atlantis-paradise-island
There are different versions of the Atlantis stay offer depending on if you are Diamond or Platinum. I don’t recall the details but there are blogs (maybe here also?) that have the details on the difference.
