There is a sale currently ongoing on GiftCardMall for the Happy Gift Card line.  These gift cards are useful because they work at numerous establishments.  There are some pretty useful brands linked to these cards, and some that rarely go on sale.  You can go through a shopping portal like TopCashback to save 2% more. Conclusion

I have never used these but I assume they work like any other gift card.  There are some good offers mixed in there but I would say the Happy Lady seems like the best of the 3.  It offers the most brands and I rarely see Cheesecake Factory sales.
