US Bank FlexPerks Travel Rewards Card, 25K FlexPoints Plus New Olympic Bonus
A couple of days ago I posted about an increased bonus of 25,000 points for theĀ U.S. Bank FlexPerks Travel Rewards credit card. I mentioned that there might be a better bonus coming up for the Olympics, as it’s been the case in the past, and sure enough that bonus is there. The offer has higher spending, but it’s available through a direct link. With the added Olympic bonus, you should probably earn over 30,000 miles.
The Offer
- Earn a oneātime 25,000 bonus FlexPoints for a new FlexPerks Travel Rewards Visa Signature card with eligible purchases totaling $2,000 or more are made to your account within 90 days from account opening.
- Plus earnĀ Bonus FlexPoints for every medal Team USA wins at the Olympic Winter Games PyeongChang 2018, courtesy of Visa!
- Gold – 500 points
- Silver – 250 points
- Bronze – 100 points
$49 Annual Fee is waived the first year.
Key Terms
- Apply for a new U.S. Bank FlexPerksĀ® Travel Rewards Visa Card between 2/5/2018 and 3/10/2018 and makeĀ a purchase with your new card by 4/6/2018 to earn Bonus Olympic FlexPoints
Card Benefits
- One FlexPoint per $1 spent on all eligible net purchases
- Double FlexPoints on the category you spend the most on (at gas stations, grocery stores or airlines) and at most cell phone service providers during each billing cycle
- Triple FlexPoints on qualifying charitable donations
Conclusion
The offer that I posted earlier only gives you the 25,000 FlexPoints after $500 spending. With this offer you have to spend a bit more, $2,000, but you are also getting 25,000 points plus the Olympic Bonus which should amount to about 7,000 extra FlexPoints at least.
Keep in mind that US Bank is not very lenient with approvals. If you have had your eyes on the U.S. Bank Altitude Reserve card, it might be best to go for that card first.
