How does this interact with the Custom Cash card, where you get 5x on your “highest spend category?” If I spend $400 paying my taxes on Paypal and $300 on groceries, do I get 5x on both? Or does Paypal become my highest spend category, overriding the grocery category?
Paypal itself is not a top spend category.
In your case, you get 5x for the taxes and 5x on groceries.
