50% Off Microsoft Office 365 Home

Amazon Gold Box Deal: 50% Off Microsoft Office 365 Home

There is a great Gold Box deal on Amazon today for Microsoft Office 365 Home.  This is the version that comes with up to 6 users so you could split the cost with friends or family.  The normal cost is $99 but today you will get a $50 Amazon gift card when you make the purchase.  That is over 50% off (if you value Amazon gift cards near full value like me).

This is a pretty great deal if you need Microsoft Office. Just be aware that this comes with auto renewal so you should be aware of that in case you don’t want Office long term.  I would imagine you could cancel it after 12 months anyway so you may wanna mark your calendar for a reminder.

Also be aware that since an Amazon gift card is in the package I don’t believe you will be able to use one to pay for it.

Update 12/27/21: The offer is back today and only has a few hours left on the deal.

    • I would guess that it is a code that you can use to extend or reactivate when the current one expires but I don’t know for certain.

  1. I have Office 2016 at work and Office 2007 at home. For 99% of the main things you would use office for, they both do the same things. I have yet to find something that office 2016 does that office 2007 doesn’t (I’m sure there are stuff that the newer version does, just not anything that most people really need.)
