$199 Acer Chromebook with 1080P Screen
A few weeks ago I posted about a great deal Amazon had on a 13″ Asus Chromebook, but today I found a better one. Chromebooks are great small travel machines which work wonderfully for light productivity and web browsing. They also can be used to watch videos and other light tasks.
One of the largest shortcomings of low end laptops today is the poor screen resolution. While your cell phone has a full HD or better screen, most low end laptops have very low resolution screens. Today Amazon has a deal on the Acer CB5 13″ Chromebook. Unlike most low-end laptops or Chromebooks, the CB5 has a full 1080p high definition screen.
In addition to the 13.3″ HD screen, this Chromebook boasts an 11 hour battery life. With that said, it does come with only 16GB and the screen is not touch enabled. For $199 though, this is a great travel companion for light users and children, especially considering the high resolution of the screen.
Key Specs

Conclusion
In an age where even cell phones have full 1080p screens, I find it hard to buy a laptop with a lower quality display. For $199 you get a great screen, compact design and enough power for the light user! You can find the deal along with more specs and information here.
