Earn 3% at Grocery Stores with Your Amazon Visa Card
If you have an Amazon Visa Card, you can earn back at most grocery stores for three months. You need to activate the offer first before you start making your purchases. Let’s see the details.
The Offer
Activate by 04/06/2021, and you can earn a total of 3% back at grocery stores (excluding Whole Foods Market and Amazon.com) with your Amazon Rewards Visa Signature Card between 02/23/2021 and 05/23/2021.
Key Terms
- Earn an extra 2% Back (for a total of 3%) on purchases at grocery stores (excluding Whole Foods Market and Amazon.com)
- Must activate by 4/6/21 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time.
- During the promotional period of 02/23/21 until 05/23/21, earn a total of 3% Back per $1 spent on purchases at grocery stores (excluding Whole Foods Market and Amazon.com) when you use your Amazon Rewards Visa Signature credit card. That’s an extra 2% Back in addition to the 1% Back you already earn on purchases at grocery stores (excluding Whole Foods Market and Amazon.com).
- To qualify for this promotional offer, your account must be open and not in default at the time of fulfillment.
Conclusion
A decent offer for Amazon Visa cardholders, but on the comments below, it seems that this is a targeted promotion. Still worth a quick check if you have the card. Keep in mind that Whole Foods Market and Amazon.com are excluded from eligible grocery purchases.

I got this but it fails compared to the 5% I get buying grocery gift cards with the same card!
Thank You

Yup. That’s exactly what I got.
🙁 Thanks for the comment though. I updated the article to note that it is a targeted promotion.
Doesn’t work! Either the link goes to a wrong promotion (doubtful) or the fact that I had that nice fat 4% extra promo working for a few months until just a couple weeks ago blocks me. Sad Face!
