American Airlines Fare Sale
American Airlines has launched a new award sale for flight in late summer and fall, with one-way flights starting at just 5,000 miles.
From now until July 2, you can stretch your AAdvantage miles even farther. You can redeem on flights to the U.S., Caribbean, Europe, Asia, Latin America and more.
The sale allows fliers to book flights across economy and premium cabins. The booking window is available from Aug. 19 to Nov. 20 for domestic, Mexico, Caribbean, and Latin America flights and from Aug. 19 to Dec. 13 for Europe and Asia Pacific flights.

- Miami (MIA) to/from Los Angeles (LAX): 5,000 miles one-way
- Boston (BOS) to/from Los Angeles (LAX): 5,000 miles
- Chicago (ORD) to/from Orlando (MCO): 5,500 miles
- Philadelphia (PHL) to/from San Francisco (SFO): 5,500 miles
- Charlotte (CLT) to/from St. Maarten (SXM): 6,500 miles
- Dallas (DFW) to/from Liberia, Costa Rica (LIR): 12,000 miles
- Phoenix (PHX) to/from London (LHR): 21,500 miles
- New York (JFK) to/from Tokyo (HND): 28,000 miles
- Los Angeles (LAX) to/from Sydney (SYD): 28,500 miles
