Two New Amex Offers For Discounted Food

American Express released two new Amex Offer today that can get you some small savings at Shake Shack and Starbucks. Let’s check the details.

Shake Shack Amex Offer

Get a one-time $5 statement credit by using your enrolled Card to make a single purchase of $15 or more in-restaurant or via the Shake Shack App by 12/31/2018.

Key Terms

  • Limit 1 enrolled Card per Card Member across all American Express offer channels.
  • Offer valid in-restaurant at participating US locations or via Shake Shack App purchases only.
  • Excludes online purchases and purchases made at ballparks, stadiums, airports, racetracks, and international locations.

Starbucks Amex Offer

Get 10% of your in-store purchase back as a statement credit by using your enrolled Card at Starbucks by 12/31/2018. Limit of $5 in total statement credits. Valid in-store at stand-alone Starbucks locations and for app reloads.

  • Limit 1 enrolled Card per Card Member across all American Express offer channels.
  • Valid in-store at stand-alone Starbucks locations and for app reloads.
  • Valid at participating locations in US and US territories only.

Conclusion

Worth looking for these offers and adding them to your favorite card if you like Starbucks and Shake Shack. Not huge savings, but it take very little effort to save $5 at each merchant.
