Amex Platinum Card Getting Resy and Lululemon Credits
American Express revealed a couple of months ago that it will soon revamp its consumer and business Platinum cards. Officially, Amex has only shared that “major updates” are coming this fall.
However we already have several rumors about the date, increased annual fee and some of the new benefits.
We already suspect that the revamp will be announced and go live on September 18, 2025. The annual fee should jump to $895 for both consumer and business Platinum cards. We also know that a $600 FHR credit is one of the new benefits for both cards.
Now there’s yet another rumor about two new credits that will be added to the Amex Platinum card. That includes a $400 Resy credit and a $300 Lululemon credit.
The $300 Lululemon credit will be issued in the form of $75 quarterly credits. The Resy credit will likely be split as well, but we don’t have any details on that yet.
