This isn’t anything all that new. I feel like restaurants on shows like Bar Rescue etc. always see a big bump once they are on TV too. What makes this cool is it is transcending cultures though, and bringing more of a global following / phenomenon. I think more and more cities will catch on that food is a huge part of travel and they need to push that more than they do.
