Hi, Mark! I carefully read the first article. I haven’t had any travel-related blunders until now. But I was surprised by the author’s bad experience with Amazon. Never used their services so far and was good to know what to expect.
A unique circumstance for sure. But if you send something back by mistake it appears that you have almost no chance of retrieving it.
