  1. The chargeback link may be right about some companies going under if they get 10% chargebacks but I think that what they meant is 10% in successful chargebacks, which is a great deal more difficult for fraudsters to achieve.

  2. I’m so old, I remember when flying was a class act. We dressed up a little. Economy class felt more like today’s domestic flight 1st class. People were on their best behavior. I realize people who say they long for the good ol days just have bad memories. But that’s certainly the case with flying.
