I feel like I don’t get upgrades 100% of the time anyway 🤣 (at least in the US). Well unless you call higher floor rooms an “upgrade”. A lot of the brands listed are limited service properties anyway so I don’t feel like we are missing much. But it is surprising that so many are listed in the terms.

This seems like a huge systematic failure and it seems to happen much too often. The fact that one of the transfers was denied for fear of fraud but no notes or blocks made on the account is shocking really. The fact that she was allowed to go to another branch and transfer even more than what was denied AFTER being denied…yikes.
