I don’t hate resort fees, because they are really just the hotels’ way to fight travel portals and keep more of their rates themselves. If we eliminated them prices would only go up, and likely more than they are now because the Expedias of the world would get an even bigger cut of the rates. I do have a problem with them not being listed on the price search screen. The searches should give you the full cost including all taxes and fees.
