  1. Frankly, I find the lost luggage numbers to be highly dubious. I’ve personally flown hundreds of flights in my life and neither I nor any member of my family have never -not once- had a bag actually lost. Given their assertion, that would make me the statistical equivalent of a lottery winner. I’m thinking that there’s something seriously wonky with the survey that skewed the numbers a lot.
