Aveeno Settlement, Get a Rebate Check If you Purchased Their Products
If you bought certain Aveeno products from 2007 through 2013, you could be owed a check as part of a cash action settlement. A $2.4 million settlement agreement has been reached regarding a action lawsuit resolving claims that Aveeno Baby Calming Comfort Bath and Aveeno Baby Wash and Shampoo are deceptively marketed as being “natural.”
The settlement involves Aveeno Baby Calming Comfort Bath or Aveeno Baby Wash and Shampoo purchased in Alaska, Arkansas, California, Connecticut, Delaware, the District of Columbia, Florida, Hawaii, Illinois, Massachusetts, Michigan, Missouri, New Jersey, New York, Rhode Island, Vermont, Washington or Wisconsin
Under the terms of the settlement, Class Members can receive $1 for each Aveeno baby wash product they purchased for household use. No proof of purchase is required for up to 15 products. Consumers who want to claim more than 15 products will need to provide a receipt along with their Claim Form.
You need to file a claim before 06/17/2019.

This is a popular product, so many people should qualify. Just make sure that you file a claim before the deadline. It will be difficult to find proof of purchase for items you bought over 6 years ago, so those who use the products regularly might not be able to claim everything.
