Avelo Airlines Starts Flying International, Adds More Nonstop Routes

Avelo Adds Nonstop Routes, Including International Destinations

Avelo Airlines has revealed its largest expansion in company history with 18 nonstop routes. The airline has also revealed its first scheduled international service to two destinations: Montego Bay, Jamaica and Cancun, Mexico.

In addition to the two new international destinations, Avelo will begin serving Connecticut’s Bradley International Airport (BDL) this fall basing two aircraft in Hartford.

With these latest additions, Avelo will now serve 52 destinations across 23 states, Puerto Rico, Jamaica and Mexico. Beginning this fall, Avelo will operate these new routes twice weekly utilizing Boeing Next-Generation 737 aircraft.

  • Cancun, Mexico (CUN)
    • Beginning Wednesday, November 20 – Wednesdays & Saturdays
  • Montego Bay, Jamaica (MBJ)
    • Beginning Saturday, November 16 – Wednesdays & Saturdays
  • Charlotte / Concord, N.C (USA)
    • Beginning Thursday, November 7 – Thursdays and Sundays
  • Daytona Beach, Fla. (DAB)
    • Beginning Friday, November 8 – Mondays and Fridays
  • Houston, Texas – Hobby (HOU)
    • Beginning Friday, November 15 – Mondays and Fridays
  • Orlando / Lakeland, Fla. (LAL)
    • Beginning Friday, November 8 – Mondays and Fridays
  • Wilmington, N.C. (ILM)
    • Beginning Thursday, November 7 – Thursdays and Sundays
    • Wilmington will also receive nonstop service to Fort Myers’ Southwest Florida International Airport, beginning November 7, on Thursdays and Sundays.
