Best Buy & iTunes Gift Card Deals

iTunes and Best Buy are two very popular brands when it comes to gift cards. A couple of deals have surfaced on these cards which I feel are worth looking at.

iTunes eBay Offer

Best Buy & iTunes Gift Card Deals

PayPal Digital Gifts on eBay is offering iTunes gift cards at 15% off.

The Offer:

Buy a $100 iTunes e-gift card for $85. Limit 4.

Need to Know

  • Portals don’t generally work for gift cards on eBay. You won’t earn eBay Bucks.
  • You should earn 5X Ultimate Rewards points if you pay with a Chase Ink Cash/Plus card through PayPal.
  • iTunes cards can often be re-sold for 85% or higher depending on your bulk relationships.

Best Buy Bonus Offer

  • Maximum of 3 $150 e-gift card purchases during promotion time period per customer and savings codes will be sent via e-mail in $15 increments.
  • Valid e-mail address required to receive savings code.
  • Savings code may be redeemed online and in store.
  • Not valid if order is canceled.

Analysis

The iTunes deal is a great way to rack up Ultimate Rewards points, especially if you can sell the cards at breakeven or a profit. As for Best Buy, this is a good deal if you shop at Best Buy often, but notate the expiration dates of the bonus codes. Also note that the cards are sold by Cashstar, so this won’t stack with the Best Buy Amex Offer.
