Best Ever Virgin Red Rewards Mastercard Bonus
Virgin Red and Synchrony have launched a new welcome bonus of 75,000 points on the Virgin Red Rewards Mastercard®. However, you can find an even better offer if you start the process of booking a flight at Virgin Atlantic. Let’s see the details.
The Offer
- New cardholders can earn 75,000 Virgin Points plus a $100 statement credit after spending $4,000 in the first 90 days.
- Earn 2,500 Virgin Points when you add an additional user (up to four users, max 10,000 extra points).
- Offer ends April 15, 2026.
- Annual Fee: $99

There’s no direct link for this offer, but you can find it through a dummy booking. Just go through the steps of booking a flight with Virgin Atlantic and you will see the offer pictured above when you get to the passenger information step.
Card Details and Benefits
The card does not have a very exciting earning structure. You get:
- 3X Virgin Points on purchases with Virgin Atlantic, Virgin Hotels and Virgin Voyages.
- 2X Virgin Points on dining, grocery stores, select streaming services and EV charging.
- 1X Virgin Points on all other purchases.
The list of benefits includes:
- 5,000 Virgin Points upon renewal of your card
- Earn 25 Flying Club Tier Points for each $2,500 in eligible purchases (maximum 50 Tier Points per month).
- Third night free after booking two nights at a participating Virgin Hotel once a year.
- Spend $15,000 or $30,000 in a cardholder year to choose one or two of the following perks:
- Virgin Atlantic: Flying Club reward voucher for a companion seat or cabin upgrade
- Virgin Hotels: One free night stay or hotel suite upgrade
- Virgin Voyages: Up to $300 Bar Tab credit or Blue Extras perks package
Conclusion
The best ever bonus we have seen for this card was 60,000 points plus $200 credit or 75,000 points. This is a new best ever bonus with 60,000 Virgin Points plus a $100 credit while the spending requirement is still the same at $4,000 in 90 days.
Earning rates are not great, but you do get some benefits that could be useful for those who travel or vacation with Virgin. If you’re not sure if the card is worth applying, check out Benjy’s article.
