I don’t regularly stay at Best Western hotels here in the United States, but they often represent a very good value overseas. For that reason I am a member of Best Western Rewards.

The program just rolled out a new promotion offering a reward for guests who stay two times between February 2 & March 15, 2015.

  • $35 Best Western Travel Card (Expires 7/31/15)
  • $25 iTunes Gift Card
  • $25 Amazon Gift Card
  • $25 Best Buy Gift Card
  • $25 Dunkin’ Donuts Gift Card

Analysis

The main reason I am publishing this is because this is a little looked at program. I try to study all of the available hotel promotions to see the direction the industry is going.

Unfortunately I don’t think this promotion is very generous. Choice Hotels (similar class) often runs a “Stay 2 nights and get 1 free” promotion which results in either a $50 gift card or enough points for a free night in a bottom tier hotel.

Conclusion

I won’t be participating in this deal, but it is good to know it exists. If you are a regular Best Western customer, this may be of interest to you, but the rest of us should stick with Club Carlson’s promotion in my opinion.
