Conclusion
An interesting offer for big spenders. The value you get out of this will depend on which card you see it. If you have it on Amex Blue Business Plus for example, it would be great to get this bonus on top of the 2X you already earn. If you spend $45K, you would get 117,000 Membership rewards points. Just keep an eye on the annual limit of $50K for that card.

Folks getting this — have you already spent $50k this calendar year? Curious if this is to entice people who are at $50k to keep spending more. I am well under $50k and didn’t get the offer.
I had same question, it’s very unclear. I received this offer but unwilling to commit unless I know.
Clarification… One purchase of at least $15,000 or multiple purchases totaling $15,000 or more?
“Each time you make one or more eligible transactions totaling at least $15,000, you will receive 9,000 Membership Reward points.”
To me that reads as multiple purchases being allowed, not just single large purchases.
