Conclusion
An interesting offer for big spenders. The value you get out of this will depend on which card you see it. If you have it on Amex Blue Business Plus for example, it would be great to get this bonus on top of the 2X you already earn. If you spend $45K, you would get 117,000 Membership rewards points. Just keep an eye on the annual limit of $50K for that card.

I had same question, it’s very unclear. I received this offer but unwilling to commit unless I know.
Clarification… One purchase of at least $15,000 or multiple purchases totaling $15,000 or more?

To me that reads as multiple purchases being allowed, not just single large purchases.
