Capital One to Open New Lounge in Charlotte
Capital One is officially bringing its signature airport experience to Charlotte Douglas International Airport (CLT) with the signing of a new 14,000-square-foot lounge.
The new Capital One Lounge will be situated on the mezzanine level of the Concourse A expansion, providing a high-end retreat for travelers moving through one of the busiest hubs in the United States. The design focuses on a warm and light-filled environment, featuring expansive tarmac views that offer a front-row seat to the airport’s daily operations.
Capital One said via email that the CLT location will emphasize a regionally inspired approach to both its atmosphere and its culinary offerings. Travelers can look forward to a full-service coffee bar and menus that draw inspiration from the local area, alongside dedicated workspaces tailored for those who need to remain productive while on the go.
Capital One has not yet confirmed an exact opening date for the Charlotte location.
Besides Charlotte, the Capital One Lounge network includes locations at Dallas/Fort Worth, Washington-Dulles, Denver, Las Vegas, and New York-JFK. Additionally, the brand is expanding its “Landing” culinary concept, which is already operational at Washington-Reagan and has another location coming soon to New York-LaGuardia.
