Check out the Carnival Cruise Deals Page for a ton of cruises starting around $250. Carnival has low prices and although the ships are not overall as high tech as it’s main competitors, the value is there. I haven’t been on a Carnival cruise in about 4 years, but I remember the food and drinks were good and it was a good time. Actually better than I recently had on Royal Caribbean‘s Anthem of the Seas.

Analysis
This is a great offer if you have upcoming plans to take a cruise. The discount if you can get as close to $350 offers you a better than 20%. Always nice to see new Amex Offers and they’ve had a few good ones recently. Carnival has some very reasonable priced cruises and I didn’t see a sail by date. You could always book this and cancel later on if you are unable to make the trip. Also, since booking through their call center is included in this offer you should be able to split payment.

I have a Cruised booked that I only paid the deposit on. Would paying the rest of the balance with my AMEX card qualify for the bonus?
It should if it is billed before the end of the promo
