Cheap fares to Europe, fly from NYC To Paris for $296
There’s several great deals available on flights from NYC to Paris. You can get prices as low as $296 from JFK or Newark, with availability till May and after summer. These are obviously economy prices, but they’re non stop flights.

Play around with dates and hopefully you’ll find a sub $300 fare. But there’s plenty of seats available from what I saw at just above $300.
Conclusion
This is obviously a great price for a non-stop round trip to Europe. Even if you’re not in NYC or you had another destination in mind, look for cheap connecting flights to take advantage of these prices.

How much are fuel surcharges? Those used to be almost as high as a ticket on other airlines.
Not that much. For example on my LAX-NRT flight they were $30 per ticket. I think they run about $250 or so for New York to Singapore.
