Cheaper Flights to Argentina: Stack Amex Promo, Airfare Bonus and Fare Sale

This morning I got an email from Aerolinas Argentinas about a fare sale on flights to Argentina from $870. While I don’t think this is a particularly great sale price, it becomes a much better deal when you consider a few applicable money maximizing opportunities. First, I noticed an interesting deal in all of my Membership Rewards accounts offering 7500 Membership Rewards Points after spending $700 on Aerolinas Flights. Also, depending on which card you use you can earn up to 5x the points on that same fare.

  1. Flew Aerolineas economy JFK-EZE about a year ago. Flight was fine. Ground and cabin staff friendly. Easy checkin. More comfortable than the Latam 787 on same route which requires a stop in SCL. I follow this route closely and this is one of the cheapest non-stop fare I’ve seen. Also, just flew a short hop from AEP to COR. It was fine.At this fare, I´d take it.

  2. I agree with Paola. Aerolinas Argentina is amongst the worst airlines I’ve ever flown! I’ve heard they have gotten a little better than a few years ago. But I’ve flown them a few times and never been a good experience.

  3. I would say is a good deal if I didn’t know how bad Aerolineas Argentinas is… Stay away, you will thank me later…
    God find though Bethany
