Circa Las Vegas Hotel Review & Tour
Circa Resort & Casino opened in late 2020 as the first major new addition to the Downtown Las Vegas skyline in 40 years. Mark and I were both there on opening day and talk quite a lot about Circa on our weekly MtM Vegas video podcast. In fact, Mark likes Circa so much he has earned the nickname “Circa fanboy”.
I really like Circa too, but I’m admittedly not as in love with this Fremont Street casino as him. After sharing my opening day tour of the casino and full property, I thought it was time to finally stay in the hotel in order to share what the full Circa experience is like as a paying guest. My Single King room cost $119 + $29.95 resort fee + tax or $168.31 all-in.
In this full Circa Las Vegas hotel review and tour we’ll look at the signature experiences that elevate Circa above the rest of Fremont Street. We’ll take a look at the hotel rooms including impressive Strip views, we’ll head up to Circa’s Legacy Club rooftop lounge and we’ll even swim in the pool. The weather was quite bad but they gave us a free cabana so it all worked out!
Here is my previous Circa video which included a more extensive property tour and was shot on opening day/night:

Circa Las Vegas Hotel Review & Tour – Bottom Line
While Circa’s rooms won’t stand up to the best of Las Vegas luxury, they fit nicely in the mid-upper tier and on par with most of what Golden Nugget has to offer. The entire Circa brand delivers on its promise and the hotel rooms reflect that. Overall I enjoy almost everything about Circa except for the prices. They are trying to bring a Strip experience to Downtown which works most of the time, but you are also paying Strip level prices.
Have you stayed at Circa? What do you think? Make sure to enter the giveaway!

Hey Shawn,
I found your videos to be very informative. I am someone who likes to travel on the higher end and while the Golden Nugget property is interesting, I dont think I would be staying there. It is a tad overpriced for the value and I’d much rather stay on the strip for that price level. I enjoyed your take on it.
Hey Shawn, I enjoy your descriptive videos on LV.
Circa, is an interesting property. the rooms look pretty nice. I do agree with you, they do not compare with Bellagio or Encore, but that’s a different ballgame entirely.
I have not stayed downtown for many years.
My last one was at the Nugget. The prices at Circa seem a little high for downtown.
Of course, there’s a steep drop when comparing weekend and weekday stays.
Was your stay during the week?
Thanks again for all the information you provide here!
Take care.
Thanks Gerald. I agree the prices are a bit steep, but you do have all of the other properties around for a little bit of a cheaper experience. You are paying a bit of a premium with the room too, but it is very modern and new hence the premium. Our stay was on a Wednesday.
Do they at least avoid resort fees?
Unfortunately no. I added the info to the post, but the resort fee is $29.95. My stay was $119 + $29.95 + tax or $168.31 all-in.
