  1. I got the 5 free passes, I just asked se friends if they can use it or not, if not I’ll post mine. For sure need to find someone traveling within the 3 months Hopefully more then just one trip or it may not help them if they already have precheck. I had clear for 15 months before I finally had my first chance to try it. It was never at any airport that I have been using until a few weeks ago I was able to use it both from MCO to LGA round trip unfortunately it actually slowed us down this trip. Leaving MCO two of us had to register our eyes for first time use which took about 15 mins total much longer time to pass through precheck as I watch them zip by next to us. Then of course I was selected for random after the clear registration which took another 15 mins because another random check in front of me was having major problems in the 3D scanner. I was hoping LGA would be packed with long lines so I can feel the clear benfit but all lines at LGA were completely empty with no waiting regardless we used clear to make sure we were properly registered which this time was only a quick eye scan. Hopefully a day will come where I can breeze past the precheck line leaving them in my dust as i pass by feeling a benfit from clear 🙂 . Since AMEX provides it for free why not but not something I would pay for in the future if AMEX decides to cut the benfit since from my experience precheck is just as fast and offered at all airports.
