Seagram’s Ginger Ale Settlement, Get up to a $80 Check

The lawsuit contends that products were inappropriately labeled as “Made with Real Ginger.” The lawsuit seeks a court order prohibiting such labeling and requiring Defendant to repay consumers for a portion of the Products’ purchase price. Harris Teeter supermarkets have two new offers on gift cards that will earn you extra fuel points.
