I submitted the status match last week (United 1K) and I just saw on my Delta app that I am now Diamond! They didn’t email me a confirmation or anything, I only knew because I checked my Delta app. Not sure what to do with this, especially because Delta doesn’t even fly to/from my home airport, ha. Sometimes I use other airports though. I guess I’ll try to see what Delta trips I can take this summer!
Just like Delta & AMEX…as Platinum Delta Medallion for the past 2+ years, I can’t believe they just hand out status w/o regard for those of us who have been loyal…
50 years with AMEX (more than one card including Platinum) & they seyn me a thank you for the 50 YEARS, giving me a choice of 2 champagne flutes, a cotton throw, an AMEX scented candle or a tree planted in my honor… They’re ridiculously cheap!! Time to look for more value in a card!!
