Delta Will Fly Honolulu-Tokyo Haneda Route
Delta Air Lines announced this week that it will launch a nonstop daily service from Honolulu to Tokyo Haneda. Flights between Tokyo International Airport and Honolulu International Airport will begin on Oct. 28, 2023.
The Atlanta-based carrier previously connected Hawaii with Japan with flights from Honolulu to Narita International Airport, but the airline moved all of its Tokyo operations to Haneda in 2020.
Delta’s Haneda-Honolulu flight will operate on a Boeing 767-300ER, offering Delta One, Delta Premium Select, Delta Comfort+ and Main Cabin options. Eligible customers also have access to the Delta Sky Club at both Haneda and Honolulu airports.
The new service from Honolulu to Haneda is just a small part of Delta’s operations in Japan, all at Haneda. This October, the airline has a total of 324 flights scheduled to and from the airport. Delta flies to Haneda from six of its hubs, with Honolulu becoming its seventh route to the Tokyo airport.
