This deal is best for those who shop often at Smart&Final since the discount is in the form of a Smart&Final coupon than can be used on next purchase. The most interesting merchant here is definitely Best Buy. You rarely see Best Buy gift cards at such discounts.

  3. My local store has also been cash only on gift cards for quite a while now. Won’t even let you buy the Smart & Final store cards! Started not long after that awesome Amex promotion.

  5. But did they change their policy of cash only on gift cards? I went there a few months ago to get Arco gas cards and it was cash only. They were still not on EMV yet either, which probably is the key reason.
