Earn 10,000 Bonus Points with Your Marriott Card

Marriott Bonvoy announced today a new promotion for all cardholders. Those who have a Marriott credit card can register now to earn an additional 10,000 points for everyday spending. This promotion works best for those who are still working on a welcome bonus, since you’re putting spend on the card anyway. Let’s see the details.

The Offer

For the first time, Marriott Bonvoy is launching a limited time offer exclusively for eligible US Marriott Bonvoy Credit cardmembers where they can earn more points from their everyday spending this summer.

Eligible Card Members must enroll their Card by August 10, 2023, and then they can earn 10,000 Marriott Bonvoy® bonus points after spending $7,000 in eligible purchases on that Card by September 30, 2023. Card Members with multiple eligible Marriott Bonvoy Cards may register each individual Card for the opportunity to earn a bonus on each. Terms apply.

The promotion is available to all eligible US Marriott Bonvoy® Credit Cards including:

    • Marriott Bonvoy Brilliant® American Express® Card
    • Marriott Bonvoy Bevy™ American Express® Card
    • Marriott Bonvoy Business® American Express® Card
    • Marriott Bonvoy® American Express® Card

Must register for the promotion here and complete the spending by September 30, 2023.

Conclusion

If you think you might spend $7,000 with a Marriott credit by the end of September, then you should register for the promotion now. However, it’s not worth putting that kind of spend on a Marriott card just to earn an extra 1.4X.

This should be useful if you signed for one of the improved welcome offers that launched last month, if you are still working on the spending requirement

  1. YES to this promo, since where exactly can folks with SUBs long-ago earned on every decent Marriott card bump up their point balances? Bloggers love to pan these deals but with no Plan B for accumulating enough points for value redemptions at new exciting properties. Looking at you JW D just opened for 22k points on a $700 room!
