20% Off on Ebay

Update: It looks like the code reached its redemption limit at about 4:30am Pacific. For now it seems to be dead, although you can check the Slickdeals link below for up to the minute info.

Update 2: This seems to be live again as of 1:30PM Pacific. More info here.

Update 3: The deal is dead again as of 2:15pm Pacific.

Right now eBay is having a crazy sale. I don’t know if you should call it a sale, but anyway there is a code that will take off 20% on just about anything up to a total of $75.64. The magic code is CTWENTY.

As far as I can tell, you can purchase electronics, general merchandise and even gift cards and earn the 20% off. All purchases (with the exception of eBay gift cards) should also earn 2% in eBay Bucks and several portals are paying about 1% back as well.

There are still a number of gift cards on sale from the other day including Red Robin, JC Penney and Darden Restaurants. After the 20% discount, you should be able to resell these for a profit. Of course, there are iPads and other great pieces of merchandise that can probably be resold for a profit as well.

Finally, you can purchase $375 in eBay gift cards from Paypal Digital Gifts for $300. Think of it as putting that 20% discount in the bank for a future purchase. In the past purchases from Paypal Digital Gifts on eBay have earned 5x with Ink, however they don’t earn eBay Bucks or portal cashback generally.

Conclusion

This is a fantastic deal and just like the smaller deal the other day, I don’t expect it to last long. For some reason I decided to check my phone in the middle of the night and I’m glad I did so I can share this fantastic deal with you. eBay has been so generous lately! Back to bed for me. Enjoy!

  1. I’m wondering why I didn’t receive any of your earlier posts – its 5:30pm PT and this is the first email I’ve gotten from you today? Are the other posts only on Twitter?

  2. That was great! I wasn’t sure from reading this if you get 20% off the Darden cards that were already 20% off, but you do. Great post and thanks!

  3. Might potentially be dead already. Got it with my account and went to make purchase on wife’s account and said “There is no balance left on this redemption code”
