Encore Las Vegas Fine Hotels
My Encore Las Vegas stay a few weeks ago was my best one of the trip, by far. While the property’s been on my list for years, the Fine Hotels & Resorts benefits finally drew me in. Indeed, Encore is one of the more expensive properties on the Strip, and the package of a competitive rate and benefits from FHR can move the needle for many. So what exactly were my Encore Las Vegas Fine Hotels & Resorts benefits? Here’s what future visitors can expect.
Encore Las Vegas Fine Hotels & Resorts Benefits
The Tower Suites (more on that in a bit) front desk provided an exhaustive list of Fine Hotels & Resorts benefits. They are as follows:
- Noon check-in, when available.
- Room upgrade upon arrival, when available.
- Guaranteed 4 pm late check-out.
- Daily breakfast for two people: $30 daily breakfast credit per person (maximum two people). The breakfast credit can be used at any of the following restaurants:
- Jardin
- Espresso
- Tableau
- Terrace Pointe Cafe
- The Cafe
- The Buffet
- In-Room Dining
- In-room Wi-Fi included with your resort fee. Any additional $5 credit will be applied to your resort fee per night.
- Spa Services credit ($100) to be used during your stay, excluding gratuity.
- Welcome Amenity: $25 credit to be used towards mini bar items or beverages at Wynn or Encore-owned outlets excluding the Drug Store and Sundries. This credit was actually eligible for use at any food or beverage outlet on property with the following exceptions:
- La Cave
- Urth Cafe
- Cipriani
My Take
I feel Encore provided the best suite of benefits as a Fine Hotels & Resorts guest during my recent trip (including FHR Stays at Conrad and Palazzo). I received a double upgrade to a Tower Suite and was able to check in early, as well. Also, I experienced my best breakfast in recent memory, FHR or otherwise, at Jardin. The substantial restaurant options for the breakfast credit tempt me to book a multi-night FHR stay in the future. The Buffet as a FHR breakfast option is a pretty interesting alternative, also.
Again, I enjoyed having the confirmed late checkout. The intended wi-fi credit taking $5 off the resort fee instead was a small, but nice, surprise. I put the flexible welcome amenity to good use for lunch at Charlie’s next to the Wynn casino. Speaking of flexibility, the spa services credit is more useful than you may expect. Consider going out of pocket beyond the $100 credit to indulge in a relaxing spa experience.
Conclusion
I plan to stay here again whether Fine Hotels & Resorts availability exists or not. If you have an upcoming Vegas trip and find a reasonable FHR rate, jump on it! I can say that going out of pocket was well worth it for me. Encore delivered, FHR and otherwise. How was your Encore Las Vegas Fine Hotels & Resorts experience?

Going in June. Wynn/Encore has always been really good about upgrading (regular tower to parlor, parlor to salon). Hope this trend holds!
Breastfast used to be $40 per person too!
SHP,
Have a blast!

I have heard people complain about the $100 Spa Credit, since most massages are >$250. Seems the $100 could be difficult to use without additional spend; but their spa is legit sublime. The other issue is pricing, perhaps FHR is different, but a random weekend like June 10 to 13 can have extremely high room rates. Still worth it? I think so, but not a value play during weekends and a lot of time periods people desire to visit.
TravelZork,
Great perspectives!
It’s really such a great hotel and one of my favorites as well. The best is when you can get the $200 room rate and get all of breakfast credits. The only downside is that outrageous resort fee, but hard to complain about it given how cheap it can be with the low pricing. My favorite place is Tableau. Their salmon eggs benedict is my favorite dish. I am sad Andrea’s isn’t there any more but I’m curious to see what the replacement will be like.
Danny,
I’m not surprised to hear this about Tableau. I’ll remember that for next time!
